Defend 360: How to format Internal Memory

This guide explains how to perform a full factory reset on your device to clear internal memory and restore original settings.

1. Turn the device off. 
2. Then turn the device back on to enter setup mode. 
3. When the SOLID BLUE LED appears, hold the reset button for 30 seconds. 
4. The device will then proceed through setup and enter work mode. 
5. Once the device has checked in, you should see the Internal Memory wiped within the app.

Please keep in mind that this will RESET the camera's settings back to default, along with taking the camera's placement back to "homebase".
